I joined ¹ú²úÂÒÂ× in February 2023, having previously held a Lectureship in Education at the University of Glasgow, where I was Programme Leader for the MA(Hons) Primary Education degree programme in the School of Interdisciplinary Studies. Prior to joining Higher Education, I taught RMPS, History and Social Studies in Scottish secondary schools and was a Principal Teacher and Depute Head Teacher, with responsibility for raising attainment, data analysis and pupil equity funding. Academic Qualifications - Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice, University of Glasgow - MEd (Distinction) in Professional Practice with PGDE, University of Glasgow - MA(Hons) First Class in Medieval History, University of St Andrews I am also currently completing a part-time PhD in Education with the University of Glasgow, focusing on the interplay between inspection and Religious Education in Scotland since the 1960s.
